The Big Bend region is ecologically and culturally rich. Our campus is located between Big Bend National Park and Big Bend Ranch State Park, in an international biosphere reserve, within the largest dark sky preserve in the world. This remote location requires some planning to get to. Our campus is just off the Terlingua Ranch Road, 60 miles south of Alpine. The closest airports are in Midland/Odessa (3.5 hours by car) and El Paso (4.5 hours). There is an Amtrak station in Alpine, TX.
Accommodations
We welcome you to camp with us the night of the 27th and 28th. We have plenty of space and we can accommodate tents, campers, trailers, and small RV’s to make life more comfortable. We do not have RV hookups, and generators are prohibited on campus. Lodging may be available at the Terlingua Ranch Lodge or nearby in Study Butte or the Terlingua Ghost Town. We recommend booking well in advance. Contact us at info@constructivearts.org with any questions!
